Hair Removal Procedure Instructions

Before Your Hair Removal Treatment

• Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment.
• Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment unless instructed otherwise.
• Do not wax, pluck, thread, or use depilatory creams for 3–4 weeks before treatment.
• Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, deodorants, makeup, or oils.
• Inform your provider about any medications, skin conditions, or recent procedures.

After Your Hair Removal Treatment

• Expect mild redness or swelling, which usually subsides within a few hours.
• Avoid heat exposure (hot showers, saunas, workouts) for 24–48 hours.
• Apply soothing gel or aloe vera as recommended by your provider.
• Use broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) daily on treated areas.
• Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate the treated area for several days.

When Will I See Results?

Hair growth occurs in cycles, so multiple sessions are required for optimal results. Treated hair will gradually shed within 1–3 weeks after each session. Consistent treatments help achieve smoother, longer-lasting hair reduction.
